Content Process

TCM TADLP provides oversight of the distributed learning (DL) content process. This process includes program overview, governance, plans, and policy for DL and training/education support to enhance learning of agile Soldiers and Army civilians by exploiting current and new technologies.

The process includes tracking and reporting of DL content development to ensure it is developed to Army standards and is fielded in accordance with (IAW) established milestones to support requirements;

contracts to support proponent schools in development of DL content for leader development, mission command, and full spectrum operations training/education that supports the new Army Learning Model.

The TADLP process identifies and enforces development standards and provides government acceptance and certification to ensure that DL content complies with Army learning policy and hardware and software system requirements.

Finally, the process provides the management of all functional requirements for the Army Learning Content and Management Capability to ensure readiness.
