Who do I contact to find out if the work I need to have done is within the scope of this contract or to ask questions about a specific task order?

The U.S. Army Training Support Center (ATSC) administers the TSS Contract.

Is it okay for me to contact MCO-Eustis directly?

No. All correspondence with MCO-Eustis must go through the COR for the TSS Support Contract.

How long does it take to process a task order?
|
Once a complete and signed acquisition package has been received by this office, it takes approximately 60 working days to review and award a contract.

What items are in a complete acquisition package and are there templates available?
|
A complete acquisition package consists of:
- Performance Work Statement (PWS)
- Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP)
- Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE)
- Funding document
- Service Contract Approval (SA)
