For credit producing situations there is currently no alternative to the LMS platforms excluding certificate printing or manual tracking combined with manually entering progress information directly into a Army authoratative training or education tracking data system.

However, for sustainment access or self-directed access from a motivated or curious learner, the Central Army Registry (CAR), can host the full range of web-based content. This content can be created and deployed without the mandatory and rigorous Javascript wrapper requirements necessary for credit providing LMS content.
