The Combined Arms Products for Distributed Learning (CAPDL) contract was awarded on 13 December 2011. 

CAPDL Guidance, CAPDL Compliance, and CAPDL Configuration information provides a framework for the successful development of distributed learning (DL) content.

Information vital to CAPDL compliance and regulatory guidance are provided along with best practices and examples.
