• Provides Army Training Support Center Network (ATSCNET) design, documentation, and support. (AR 25-1, AR 25-2, DFAR, FAR)

• Provides software purchasing, licensing, distribution, replication, documentation, and user training for the Command. (AR 25-1, AR 25-2, DFAR, FAR)

• Manages the systems programmers' support and system engineering support contract. (AR 25-1, AR 25-2, DFAR, FAR)

• Provides ATSC Internet home page development and support. Provides ATSC SharePoint Portal development and support. (American Disability Act, Section 508, AR 25-1, AR 25-2, DFAR, FAR)

• Manages ATSCNET video teleconference systems. (AR 25-1, AR 25-2)

• Performs automated data processing security and system certifications. (AR 25-1, AR 25-2)

• Manages ATSC communications support (i.e., telephone, network connections). (AR 25-1, AR 25-2, ATSC Memo 1-2)

• Budgets for life-cycle replacement of all automation assets to include software and hardware. (AR 25-1, FAR, DFAR) Automation Database

• Serves as the ATSC Information Management Officer responsible for the development and maintenance of the ATSC Automation Information Resources Management Program. (AR 25-1)
