SFD Program Components:
The SFD Program is comprised of two major components: Staff and Faculty Core Curriculum and
Staff and Faculty Local Curriculum.
Staff and Faculty Core Curriculum (SFCC) is a collection
of professional development activities and courses that address critical tasks and supporting skills and
knowledge that staff and faculty personnel must exhibit in support throughout the Analysis, Design,
Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process, and in support and management of Army training
and education.
Staff and Faculty Local Curriculum
(SFLC) is a collection of professional development activities and courses that
supplement SFCC and is designed to address Army Training Center-specific or school-specific requirements
for staff and faculty personnel. The SFLC courses are supplemental to the SFCC courses.
NOTE: This website focuses on SFCC courses
provided by the Staff and Faculty Development School located at Army Training Support Center, Fort
Eustis, VA.
