| Develop and code courseware by using the Business Rules document as a reference. The Business Rules, Best Practices and Examples for Army SCORM Compliant Courseware document is for use by both government and contractor personnel involved in the design, development, and programming of all SCORM compliant courseware. Business Rules and Best Practices are based on lessons learned from the testing of SCORM compliant courseware. All Business Rules must be adhered to when developing courseware; Best Practices are recommended SCORM practices when developing courseware. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
