Defense Connect Online (DCO):  The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), an operating unit of the DOD, adopted DCO to enable deployed troops, support personnel, and military leaders to collaborate more efficiently across locations worldwide. DCO supports live meeting with audio, video, and content sharing.

U.S. Army Video Teletraining (VTT): Provides two-way video and audio, graphics, computer-based teletraining and data transfer for courses, exercises, after-action reports, new equipment training, and simulations. VTT has round-the-clock communications capability supporting sites worldwide.
