The Classroom

The classroom has 15 student workstations.
All installed PCs are capable of receiving data streaming from dual channel IP multicast, Video Teleconferencing and Video streams, and can also be used for on-line multimedia authoring.

The Instructor’s workstation gives the Instructor full control and the ability to interact with all other workstations.
Each workstation also has a microphone setup for audio reinforcement.

Two automatically operated drop down projection screens and the two ceiling mounted projectors provide versatility for information displays.

Equipment & Building Specifications

Instructors that have used the facility for their classes report, "It makes presentations so much easier. Clarity is enhanced thanks to the ability to feed material directly to a student’s computer, while monitoring exactly what each student is doing."
