Army Training Help Desk (ATHD) Federation Council
|
MISSION. The Federation Council will provide the oversight and means to ensure timely and accurate assistance of the highest quality possible for users of training and training support products, services and facilities.
PURPOSE. This charter establishes the Army Training Help Desk (ATHD) Federation Council and outlines roles and responsibilities of the major participants. This group will provide oversight of training and training support customer assistance services and the ATHD web-based eService Center (Assistance Center and 1-800 Help Desk) managed by the Army Training Support Center (ATSC).
OBJECTIVES. Evaluation and management assessment are the cornerstones of all products, services, and processes of training and training support. The objectives for the Federation Council are to provide a forum to address actual and potential customer assistance concerns.
a. Assess and monitor ATHD business practices.
b. Set standards for the evaluation and assessment of customer assistance.
c. Identify and recommend resolutions to customer assistance concerns/problems to leadership.
